The communiquee did not mention the times and frequencies of the program, but a visit to their homepage revealed the fact that broadcasts are as follows:

• Fridays 20:00/21:00 UTC on 3985 kHz
• Saturdays 12:00/14:00 UTC on 7120 kHz
• Sundays 14:00/16:00 UTC on 7120 kHz

The transmissions do not actually come from Switzerland, but are broadcast via the 10 KW IRRS-transmitter in Milan/Italy.
